Mario Verde

Graduated in Electronic Engineering, Specialization in Telecommunications, after a brief experience of teaching, he was hired at IBM Italy, where he developed numerous working experiences at Managerial level.
After a first period spent in contact with Development Laboratories in the U.S., where he contributed to the development and production of the AS/400 server family, he was later responsible for the re-engineering of business processes of S. Palomba Plant. During the time spent in the Manufacturing, he had several assignments in the United States, with responsibility for Worldwide Procurement and Manufacturing Consultant.
From 1998, he has worked in the Management Real Estate Services Organization, where he held numerous positions, from the Facility Manager up to become CFO (responsible for strategies, financial plans and operations control for Italy and the Countries in the South Europe area). At the end of March 2011, he left IBM and start to play the role of Real Estate Consultant for Companies. From January 2012 he is co-owner and Managing Director of MaGia Services Srl.
During his career he acquired extensive experience of Real Estate processes, Facility Operations, Security, Contract Terms & Conditions Negotiation.
He has strong Leadership in complex negotiations, fierce determination in achieving the required results, excellent predisposition to effective relationships with customers and suppliers, in-depth skills of both analytical and problem solving.
