Con un background di studi umanistici alle spalle ho dato inizio alla mia carriera di ricercatrice nel campo dei nuovi media occupandomi di Internet e collaborazione online.

Non ho grandi capacità tecniche: tutto ciò che so fare è abbracciare totalmente una causa e fare in modo che lo facciano anche gli altri. Questo è ciò che faccio al momento per Current TV in Italia. Quando credo in qualcosa non esito a mettere la mia reputazione sul tavolo e, con tutto il dovuto rispetto, non credo che sarei in grado di portare a casa gli stessi risultati se lavorassi per Tampax.

Faccio il community manager da più di dieci anni e so bene che un'azienda deve distinguere chiaramente tra identità online e reputazione online: la prima si costruisce a tavolino con un paio di sessioni di brainstorming ma la seconda trascende qualunque aspettativa. Io sono specializzata nel creare un'ottima reputazione online.

E' mia intenzione lavorare solo con marchi e aziende che hanno una missione concreta e vogliono cambiare il mondo. Mi interessano l'intrattenimento, la cultura e le attività umanitarie. Il resto mi interessa poco.

I'm also a writer/host for Geek Files, a show that airs every Thursday at 11PM on SKY 130 (Current TV). Moreover, I specifically manage the online presence of Geek Files, one of the main shows and brands of the channel.
