In addition to operating in a new cultural environment, expats on assignment often take on responsibilities that require new skills. Developing cultural intelligence facilitates the process.

As a career and life transition coach, I support and guide accompanying spouses worldwide to chart their way faster with less stress.

As a consultant, I work with incoming companies to Italy on the cross-cultural aspects of doing business in Italy.

To spread the word, I also write, speak, intervene in study abroad programs and present workshops for associations, conferences, companies and organizations. People say that I am thought-provoking.
